One of the freshest and most exciting voices on the New York jazz scene, Kevin Farrell remains one of the east coast’s best kept secrets. Although Kevin is a widely in-demand musician whose acoustic and electric bass playing has graced bandstands all over the world, he has still managed to produce an enormous amount of music as a composer and a bandleader. Recent commissions have included pieces for The Edinburgh Arts Festival, The Blue Rose Trio, members of Transitions Dance Company, and The Ahmanson Foundation.
